Privacy notice.

Oruchi processes worker records on behalf of the church that entered them. The church decides what is held; we hold it and keep it separated from every other church.

What is collected

Account data: name, email address and sign-in credentials. Worker records: the name and contact details a church chooses to enter, department and team membership, branch, and duty history. Operational data: rosters, responses, attendance marks, follow-ups and message delivery status. Technical data: error reports and basic request logs used to keep the service running.

Why it is held

Solely to operate the service the church signed up for — scheduling people, notifying them, recording attendance, and reporting on it to that church's leadership. We do not sell data, and we do not use church data for advertising.

Who can see it

Only members of the same church, according to their role. Our own staff access church data only where needed to investigate a fault the church has reported to us.

Retention and removal

Deleted records are recoverable for 30 days and then removed. A user may delete their own account from within the app at any time. A church administrator can request removal of the church and its records by contacting us.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests about worker records are answered together with the church that entered them.

Contact

Privacy questions and requests go through the contact page. We answer within a reasonable time and in writing.
