Terms of use.

Oruchi is currently offered on the free Pioneer plan: every feature, unlimited workers and branches, no card required. If paid tiers are introduced, churches already using Oruchi keep the Pioneer plan for the workspace they created under it.

Worker records, rosters and attendance belong to the church that entered them. You can export your data as CSV at any time from Reports. We do not sell it or share it with third parties beyond the service providers needed to run the platform.

Use Oruchi for legitimate church workforce operations. Do not upload unlawful content, do not attempt to access another church's data, and do not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk mail to people who did not consent to hear from your church.

We work hard to keep the service dependable and publish our reliability practices, but the service is provided as-is without a contractual uptime guarantee while it is free. Planned maintenance is announced in the app where it will be noticeable.

You may stop at any time. Users can delete their own account from the app, and a church administrator can request removal of the church and its records. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms, and will say why.

If these terms change materially, we tell active churches by email before the change takes effect.
